We helped our Dutch client win a big, closed tender competition where they went against the biggest Netherland developers. And our sizable set of 12 visualizations helped tip the scales. This project also gave us a chance to collaborate with our good friend from Karres en Brands and NAMO Architecture - a studio we have a great long-lasting relationship with.
Kazernekwartier uses recyclable materials design weaved into the fabric of historic architecture. And it was such an exciting task to visualize a project like this. We made sure that the circular economy of Kazernekwartier, its natural surroundings and historic buildings of Crailo make a lasting impression on viewers.
We focused on the story of the new Crailo neighborhood. Filled with people enjoying cultural sites and green spaces, families and friends spending time together and amenities accessible to everyone. Because showing how the spaces are being used is the number one argument in competitions like the one Kazernekwartier won.
