This was a classic case of a visual marathon. From competition-winning images, through development visuals to a wide range of marketing materials - we accompanied our client for all those years. We’ve created interior and exterior visualizations, VR Tour of the project, panoramas and 3D cross-sections to help our client reach his goals at each step of the process.

KOER real estate project combines the hustle and bustle of the glamorous city of Rotterdam with the tranquility of green parks and courtyards. So our main goal was to show that perfect blend of both worlds that future residents will enjoy.
The Secret Ingredient: Story
We showed KOER as the place where a short stroll takes you to amenities like shops, restaurants or schools as well as a few different parks and green spaces. At each stage of the project's life we told a story of residents making this place their home.
