The Goal: Showcase a new life of historic factory
We’ve crafted a wide set of visual content for this 1912 industrial building, turned into luxury townhouses and commercial spaces. At each stage of the reconstruction development, we assisted our Estonian client with visualizations, animations, apartment selectors and aerials.
The Value: Homage to industrial architecture
Volta taps into traditional features of industrial buildings to create lofts exaggerating the sense of light and space. We focused on showing that in our visualizations. Both in shots of comfortable bright interiors and luxurious exteriors with an exceptional landscape.
The Secret Ingredient: Form
Unique architecture of revitalized historic buildings deserved a spotlight. So we made sure our visual content gives justice to its multi-level apartment layouts, soaring double-height ceilings, dramatic 5-meter-high arched windows and private green terraces.
"Vivid Vision has been a long-term visualisation partner for the extensive mixed-use development at Volta Quarter. This project is challenging in all aspects, requiring the continuous integration of new 3D models into an ever-evolving construction setting. Vivid Vision has produced both exterior and interior visuals, as well as animations, for up to nine buildings simultaneously, while also managing a master model comprising over 30 buildings.
